During this time of increased uncertainty caused by coronavirus (COVID-19), our highest priority is continuing to provide security protection & peace of mind to all our customers. We are taking necessary steps to limit exposure for our employees and our customers in order to keep them healthy and safe.

Protecting Your Home

Smartzone is fully operational and here for you during this Covid19 crisis. We have our multi-site Alarm Receiving Center ready to respond 24/7 to any emergencies and it’s business as usual.

Should you need onsite service, our service and technical support teams are ready. All of our employees are following the HSE, & WHO best hygiene practices, in addition to completing a daily fitness for duty assessment, which includes a temperature and symptoms check before they begin their work each day.

Our team will arrive at your home prepared with necessary supplies such as gloves, eyeglasses and sanitiser and will clean all areas of the home they interact with during the installation. Each customer will also receive a pre-visit phone call, where you can discuss any questions or concerns about your upcoming visit.

During this time of crisis with most business premises are empty during lock down we are aware of the increased burglary and escape of water risks associated. Smartzone is fully operational and here to protect your business during this Covid19 crisis. Protecting Our Staff

If you or someone in your household or business Team is showing signs of illness, including fever or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule any upcoming technician visits to your home.

Rescheduling is easy, with the following options available:

If you are unable to reschedule before the technician arrives, we ask that you notify him or her before they enter your home. We empower our technicians to make decisions regarding their personal health and safety, including ending appointments early if anyone in the household is showing symptoms of flu or other contagious illnesses.

Of course, we also ask all of our employees to rigorously practice the fundamentals outlined by the HSE & WHO:

  • Staying home when sick

  • Washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol content

  •  Covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or upper sleeve

  •  Cleaning commonly touched surfaces and objects, including tools
